We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. But we understand that sometimes things don’t work out—and that’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.

If you'd like to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, just email us at Support@EquestrianLifeBrand.com with your order number. We'll guide you through the return process step by step.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All items must arrive in like-new condition, with original packaging and accessories included.

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage due to handling will not be accepted or refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund and notify you via email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please take the following steps immediately upon delivery:

  1. Note the damage with the delivery carrier.

  2. Take clear photos of the damage.

  3. Email us the same day at Support@EquestrianLifeBrand.com.

We’ll cover the return shipping for damaged or incorrect items and work quickly to get you the correct replacement.

Please keep all original packaging. Returns must be authorized by our team before being shipped.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? Contact us immediately via phone or email to cancel your order.

  • Orders canceled before shipment: Full refund.

  • Orders canceled after shipment: Follow our 30-Day Return Policy and return shipping will apply.

Additional Return Notes

  • If a specific product has a different return policy, it will be clearly stated on its product page.

  • Certified pre-owned or used items are not eligible for return.

  • Products purchased for temporary or one-time use (e.g. trade shows, promotions, short-term events) are non-returnable. Equestrian Life sells only to customers intending to use products for their full, intended lifespan.
